On Monday May 13, 2019, the Bergen County Superior Court declared the non-disclosure agreement (NDA) that World Mission Society Church of God asked members to sign, under the threat of expulsion from the cult, is “against public policy”, “invalid, unenforceable and void”.  This is a huge victory for all WMSCOG current and former members, who have fallen victim to the cult’s deceptive tactics.  The WMSCOG will no longer be able to use this bogus contract to silence anyone from speaking out against this cult’s abusive practices.

Here is how you can view the Court’s extensive analysis of the NDA online:

    Go to:  https://portal.njcourts.gov/webe1/CIVILCaseJacketWeb/pages/publicAccessDisclaimer.faces

Agree to disclaimer.  It will take you to a search page.

Under “Search for Case” select Civil Part from the dropdown menu.

    Under Search by Docket Number”:
    County – select Bergen
Docket Type – Civil Part (L)
    Docket Number – 1025
    Docket Year – 18

    Click Search

Scroll down to 5/13/2019 and click on the 📎 next to the text:  ORDER TO ENTER JUDGMENT-Granted by Judge BISHOP-THOMPSON, AVIS re: MOTION TO ENTER JUDGMENT [LCV2019392306]

This will take you to a PDF of the Court’s Orders and attached Rider issued with the ruling.

Happy Reading and please comment your opinions below!

This is fantastic news!  Now more Ex-Members of the WMSCOG will be able to share what life was like inside the church!
