SOMETHING IS DEFINITLY WRONG HERE:
WMS BROTHER, is it not today the Sabbath, should you not be praying to father & mother and preaching or teaching, then why are you on this website.
it's almost 10:00 (LA & SD AREA), if you live in the same area, then your appointed time is like 1 min. away and your in here.
even if your in CHICAGO 11:59 OR NY 12:59, why would you be on line in this website on the sabbath. Are you at church on line right now while the other members are preaching?

I have been in for 6 years, with knowledge from a a variety of sources which are accurate to within 11 years.
In specific I saw an old sermon video of Mother speking about temptations and such. The translation is as follows: There are some things on the internet that Heavenly Children should not be looking at.
At the time she was talking about members who spent too much time on worldly games, and lead into a discussion about sinful and lustful things. That particular part of the sermon got a laugh because everyone knew she was talking about porn at that point.
Anyways "There are some things" means that with the exception of "some" things, there are plenty of internet related things that are perfectly fine to look at.
I mean for crying out loud, the WMS has a website.
Concerning "hate" against the WMS on the internet, we are told "don't believe it because they are lies". And I agree with that after getting firsthand experience. Websites, including this one, have dedicated themselves to tearing down something they don't like with a non-stop train of judgemental hatred.
I mean literally, when was the last time that a front page article of "examine" said something positive about the WMS? I bet never, which is the purpose of my own other thread.
Anyways…
We are not told that we "Aren't allowed" to go on th enet or see theese things. We are simply cautioned. Sometimes we are cautioned by calm people, sometimes we are cautioned by people who are very worried about us believing in such hate.
But no one says "you are not allowed to".
What? Members are only "cautioned" not to go on the internet? I know for sure that members are told that it is basically a sin for them to look on the internet at anything that questions the churchs' beliefs. A sin, like "burn in hell" thing. Since most feel that any sin at all would disqualify them from going to heaven, a caution not to "eat from the tree of knowledge" sounds a whole lot more like a command or threat of "losing your crown" than a caution.
I've seen the constantly running video at the Chicago Zion that preaches the Catholic Church as evil, and the Pope being called the Antichrist. Other churches have no such thing running in their cafeteria/social area. When I watched it, it seemed very much like it was preaching hate of other religions. People probably should be cautioned not to believe the hate that video shows, don't you think? I do. To show it in a church setting really takes away credibility from the wmscog.
I was never told more than be careful either
It's no surprise that we are told different things, as it is well known from all our shared experiences that they like to make things up as they go
