Also, what do they teach about the first sin (Adam and Eve,) if we were angels in heaven that sinned, then what was the point of the story of Adam and Eve in WMSCOG theology?

You are taking one teaching and basing it off of the reason why it said that " we are from heaven"…. Theres so many other events that take place in the bible and most people interpuret it litteralty we when you understand that everything that happen it the bible is a lesson for us spiritually. Think about it why are people created just to die?… Even when you think about heaven God is our parents and Gods home is heaven wouldnt it just make sense that its are home too! …. The bible clearly says that " the wadges of sin is death"… And that Jesus came to to " seek and save the lost" then most chritians know Jesus came for us so we must be the" lost" then lost from where? Jesus came from heaven did he not? Even if you look at it from bible point of veiw and commen sense point of few it just adds up! The reason we are here on this earth amd suffer so many things and eventually die is because wr commited a sin in heaven against God amd there is no sin allowed in heaven so he casted us here gave us a second chance and sacrificed himself to show us how much he loved us even tho we sinned. Even physically we can understand how much love our parents have for us and would go above and beyond no matter what we did! Then how much more does God love us!…. Even 2,000 yrs ago when jesus came how many people who claimed to believe in God even profound leaders yet they rejected christ, even using the bible as a way to brand him heresy. They crusified the only one they claimed to believe in the whole time because they understood God litterally but didnt realize that Jesus was the actual prophecy being fufilled right before there eyes. Stop listning to rumors even if theres proof of this and that… So what? Were we there when all this allegation

]]> "god's" children https://www.examiningthewmscog.com/forums/topic/gods-children/ Fri, 30 Dec 2011 04:28:10 +0000 https://www.examiningthewmscog.com/forums/topic/gods-children/ I recently heard that the wmscog finally publicly admitted that ahnsahnghong and zhanggiljah were previously married to other people and had children.  This is a real shocker because previously I had been told that they had never been married or had children.  Other former members have told me that they have also heard both conflicting stories. 

So why do members that have heard both stories continue to stay in the church?  Did the "mother god" previously approve for the wmscog to lie to the congregation about her and ahnsahnghong's history?  God doesn't lie.  It seems like "the truth" is something that changes at the wmscog.

We are all children of God correct?  So why would "god" be born on earth and have intercourse with one of his own children?  Why would "god" need to have children the way that humans do?  The real God created Adam from the dust of the ground.  Why would "god" give birth to "angels that sinned against 'god' in heaven"?  That just doesn't make any sense! 

The wmscog also taught me that everything Jesus did was an example for us.  What kind of example did ahnsahnghong and zhanggiljah set for their followers?  That divorce, adultery and lying are ok?  God Almighty is perfect.  Jesus was perfect.  ahnsahnghong and zhanggiljah were/are sinners and there is no way that either one of them will ever be "gods". 

But I guess that's me "using my own mind" again huh?  Seriously you can't make this stuff up.

So the WMSCOG claims that all humans on earth were angels before that sinned against God and therefore were kicked out and sent to heaven to be born as humans. In the articles, we have examined a number of Bible verses that the WMSCOG attempt to use to substantiate their claim. So after reading these articles and understanding how the WMSCOG twists the verses to come to their conclusion, I wonder how any WMSCOG member can remain in the group. I mean their argument only makes sense if you take the verses out of context.

You have to ignore that the verses in Proverbs are the personification of wisdom.

You have to ignore that the verses in Isaiah point to the second coming of Jesus in Revelation to come to the conclusion that “clouds mean flesh”.

You have to ignore the parallels drawn between Lucifer and the King of Tyre in Ezekiel.

You have to ignore that the Bible says that the angels that sinned in heaven were sent to hell. 2 Peter 2:4

You have to ignore that Abraham and his family left an actual country when you read the verses in Hebrews.

You have to ignore that the apostle Paul is referring to spiritual death being the wages of sin in Romans.

So how is it that WMSCOG members don’t realize that you can only come to the WMSCOG’s conclusion that we were angels that were kicked out of heaven if you ignore the context in ALL of the above references. It just doesn’t add up.
