Jesus said that the Elijah would come to restore all things. Then He said the Elijah had already come. Right after that it's written that Jesus was speaking about John the Baptist. I don't remember the verse. I think it's in Luke.

yep. Mikvah's are not a one time thing you need to do them more often than once a life time there are several differences between them.
