They want you to study various studies before keeping the Passover. About 5 to 7 studies they want to show you before getting baptized. That procedure has been modified many times over the years though.

Yeah the indian overseer (missionary) just recently moved to Fresno with his wife. There is now a korean overseer at the seattle church. The seattle branch was for sure ran a little bit differently than the LA church and I remember asking why, and i was rebuked being told that we should not compare zions lol
