Zhang Gil Jah is not God the Mother, nor is she Mitochondrial Eve. From the time I heard about mitochondrial Eve while being a member, something bothered me about what the church told me. Everytime I tried to do my own research about it but I was never able to find any details about it. I now understand everything happens in Divine Order. I have been away from the church for many years now but in the past 1-1/2 years time I have been doing a lot of research about various things.
What I have come to know is Zhang Gil Jah is not God the Mother, nor can she ever be Mitochondrial Eve. The reason for that is because Mitochondrial Eve refers to the original woman, a black woman. Zhang is not a member of the group classified as the original people. If every person on the planet has a DNA test done, there will be some percentage of DNA that belongs to the Subsaharan African group. The same does not necessarily apply to the gene pool of DNA that Zhang has. The oldest bones that scientists say they've found are 3.2 million years old and they've named her Lucy. Lucy was discovered in Ehiopia, which we know is a black nation.
So my personal opionion of Zhang is that she is just a person walking around claiming to be God. She is not God, nor has she proven herself to be. She is a human being just like the rest of us. If she had Christ like powers and it was truly her time to be revealed as the church claims, the world would know as the Bible testifies…Revelation 1:7 Look, he is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see him, even those who pierced him; and all the peoples of the earth will mourn because of him. So shall it be! Amen". This bible verse has not come to pass with Ahnsanghong and Zhang and never will.
I agree. She is not God. Her followers and supporters call her God. I’ve heard this many times. Yes, she is just human, like all of us. It’s time for the church to stop promoting God the Mother in Korea. Its just not the truth.
@The Liberator. I salute your statement, and it is 100% accurate. On a physical level, she does not relate to Mitochondrial eve and Africa. Now we know WMS tries to make things (convienently I might add) Spiritual vs. physical. Now, since they will claimthe spiritual definition, the fact that One, WMs (some would same this is rumor) preached a bigotry laden message againdt Africans,Blacks etc shows the NON-character of Zhang as GOd, fully shows she can’t be. Thre clear way they preach is also proof. I was indoctrinated little by little. They preached “Mother” later, and then even lqter, revealed it was Zhang. Walking through the church looking at pictures if Zhang, My wife asked a deaconess, “Well, is that heavenly mother?”. The deaconess quickly reaponded “….well she is an important person in the church.” theb quickly moved the conversation from the pictures. The lies and secrecy prove as well she isn’t.
So is Eve of African decent? Im kind of confused on what exactly Mit Eve is and is the COG saying that Zang is…??
Untouchable I cant believe they dont elaborate when your wife asks about the pictures…very weird! They only bring up Mother first when they are going around preaching?? Bc they dont even acknowledge her in baptisms…my mother in law got baptised and doesnt even know about her. I dont really understand how she even fits in except for the handful of vague scriptures that are used…
So MIT Eve, comes from the oldest building blocks of human development and Human DNA and bodies coming from Africa. So if one man and one woman could be traced anywhere, they would be to Africa.
As for the picture…Now, they claimed that you had to slowly introduce “mother”, because many people wouldn’t understand. A member who had been there since 2006, told me that early on, they waited until you completed all the bible studies before they mentioned Zhang. They also didn’t put up pics of her. Again, waiting a long time to tell someone about a major portion of your beliefs, is wrong and deceptive.
Anything that has to be slowly introduced is sketchy to me. I think they know that if they hit u w that right out the gate u wont stick around. They are pretty smart with their indoctrination.
They use the bible for everything. When apostle Paul met Jesus and became blind from the experience, they use that example as an excuse not to tell you everything from the get-go. You’ll be blinded if you learn it all at once.
