WMSCOG recruiters seem to be everywhere these days. I understand that they are under a lot of pressure to recruit. Does the quota of "10 talents" sound familiar to anyone? I was just wondering if any of them look at a potential recruit and consider that if that person joins, they are looking at the next family or marriage that will be divided? That new recruit may be the next person to cut off their friends and family, stop doing what they enjoy doing (or enjoying life in general), lose their job… Do any of them feel guilty about being the one to cause havoc in that person's life? Do any of them feel bad about deceiving that new recruit into joining by not telling them up front about the organization's demands? Or do they just hope that the person joins so that they can be another "fruit" or golden star next to their name on the board?
It seems that misery really does love company.
