I was told to memorise the sermon book then preach to unit leaders and deacons to get signature for approval of Elder. I was wondering why must memorise the sermon from the book word by word. I was ignored when not doing good and progressing well for sermon practice. I don't know why must this be the way to know God better or for better skills for recuiting members for wmscog!!

That's a really simple answer.  The better you know it, the better you preach it.  Then, the better you preach it, the better chance you have of bringing in more people to do the same and the Pyramid grows.

So what benefits do YOU get when you memorize it word by word aside by being approved by some "elder"? More work? More books to memorize?

When you are memorizing something you tend to do REPETITiON which is part of the mind control. At the beginning of the sermon you might not believe fully on the content but what makes you fully believe is the responsability of showing others. Of course you repeat it so much that you end up believing it. Thats why is so important that we are careful with the information we let in our subconcient.

Ah yes, again with the psychology technique. Do good, get praised. Do bad, get ignored. What the heck. They are treating members like children, re-training them on how to become a good kid. Darn people.

LOL! Got to hear that one. I remember asking my wmscog mentor about 2 Peter 2:4 "For God did not spare even the angels who sinned. He threw them into hell, in gloomy pits of darkness, where they are being held until the day of judgment." I said, see here it says that angels weren't  sent to earth to live as humans at all. And she said something like "This verse doesn't talk about what God did to the angels, it's not related to the topic." Well, something must be wrong with my eyes then because all I see is the world ANGEL in word num 8 of the verse.

its how they brainwash you, they isolate and push you up until you are mentally exhausted by reading and hearing the same thing over and over again.

Although we have had at least two sermon books (well technically four the second book is really three volumes) and I know there was at least one before that and they were all three (five) different.

Because as people argue with them about this or that, they take it to heart and say to themselves, ahh, he or she is correct, so we need to amend story number 12.  Like Elie when she pointed out 2 Perter 2:24 or Romans 6:9 or in Revelation where the New Jerusalem is CLEARLY A CITY ect.  A pee on decon or deconess that doesn't know what to say to someone with a valid point like that would run, not walk, run, to the preacher and find out what the group response will be.  This is another reason why they read the same verses during their "service" over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again and again and again and again and again.  Look and their bibles, they're highlighted as if the rest of the bible does not exist.  I say now, a who do whoooooooooooooooo, who do they think their foooolin' ? LMAO.

Also, you can't spend time with family if you are working so hard on their memorization things.  My relative had ten books of theirs or more, videos from them, and even cd's to play in the car on his long commute.  Plus he had to pray at 9 o'clock, 3, 9, etc.  All to keep so busy he had no time but to think of church things.  Also, he has to pray to Mother before meals, and before driving his car.  Hmmmm………pretty much every second of the day.  No time to talk to his family or think of anything else really.

Well always praying is biblical (just not to Zhang)

Yes, always praying is biblical.  But using it the way they do to keep your mind prisoner is far from God's purpose.

This type of repetition also creates a "closed loop" way of thinking.  I mean they even have the challenge and rebuttal at the end of each of the sermons.  Just in case someone you are "preaching" to asks you a question, you already have a pre-recorded answer.  It has to be exactly the same everytime.  Don't deviate from the recipe.

Multi-level marketing groups have script books too.  Nothing new.  Just a different product you are promoting.  Here is an example that reminds me very much of my experience with the wms.  Remember the "ten talents movement" or bearing fruit and having your branch growing?  Look at the pyramid and you'll see what I mean.
