Just curious, but what is going on if anything with WMSCOG in June? My friend said he’s going to Connecticut in June with the “church” from June 7th until June 23rd. I didn’t want to ask him because it just opens a can of worms that I don’t want to mess with.
Elohim Academy perhaps? It's a bible education program that they have in which they study the bible and preach literally 24/7. I'm not sure if this is the case though.

Can you be a little more specific about Elohim Acadaemy? When you say study the Bible, in what way?

Preaching practice. They have several different sermon books which contain bible studies in them. The members practice the studies with one another to obtain signatures for the various subjects.
Believe it or not there is a lot of discussions in our forum about the Elohim Academy. Yes, they practice their studies endlessly with each other. Yes, they have checkoffs they must achieve and they do this by proving that they know and can teach the lessons provided by the WMSCOG exactly as they are taught to them. If I had to put a label on the Elohim Academy I would call it a clone factory. Never in Gods Word have I ever seen anything that tells us that we need to make checkoffs in order to be saved. The studies are designed to trap people and the manner in which things are repetitively taught is something right out of phycology 101. There are more mind control tactics ingrained in the WMSCOG than anything else. The leadership of the WMSCOG doesn't seem to mind the fact that they lie to people only that anything they do say is believed. Pathetic!
It’s now being referred to as Zion University now , charming really.. They have these poor kids studying as early as 5am .
