I saw the address of this "Big shine WW" on their website is same as my church's physical location. So is this a company or church actually? So confused! Can anyone explain to me coz I wonder where is my tithe going to?
I believe there is a level of separation but how separate and how connected is unsure after all not every Zion pastor has one but the hq are both in the wmc building in bundangu

Note that this is purely speculation as I have no clue the inner workings of either organization. However, I think they use Big Shine as a sort of shell company. Notice all these people around here talking about how their pastor has “an electronics store in Korea.”? That’s Big Shine. Have a look at Big Shine’s website and tell me if you think any company would ever buy a single thing from them. You can’t even tell what they do from the jibberish that’s written there. It’s almost like reading one of those multi level marketing scams like amway or fhtm.
And that’s essiantially what COG is. A pyramid scheme. Except instead of money, they promise you salvation. At least with the money you’d know you had been ripped off before you die.

Our Pastor I do not believe had one, as there isn't one mentioned in my part of the country, and also never heard of the vague stuff about an electronics company before either. As I said I think it's a way to get a visa to come here.. I don't know.
Simon your very much right it is mainly to get visas to transfer their money to korea my friend who was a member of the trust years back and is in goa told me all the tricks they play to carry out their illlegal work.they tried opening offices in mumbai but they want the cheif pastor to be the head of the organisation and in india it is a bit imposible they also iried to register in wmscog , but again the cheif cannot be the chair man[no forieners allowed but what to do they dont trust indians].
Yes, purely speculation, but it is interesting that both Cephas's Brother and I have come to the same thought. It appears, (and I say appears because i have no proof) that Bigshine is a shell company. Anyone that doesn't know what a shell company is should just look it up. You can find out exactly what we mean. I have also looked at their website, and you can't really tell from it what they do. It is so vague about products, etc. Is there anyone anywhere who has actually ordered something from them? I would be curious as to a testimony from a consumer. Bet there isn't one. Just my opinion again, but I would love to hear a reply from a consumer.
Anyway, if lay people think this could possibly be a shell company, why isn't some federal agency more interested? Just wondering.
Right, I’m not saying they’re all directly connected to a BSWW. For instance the ‘Zion’ here locally isn’t even run by Koreans, but they’re constantly taking trips to the Chicago Zion for this or that. And I know there’s a hub for big shine there. I think big shine may be a way for them to hide income that might be above normal for however they register their ‘non-profit’ (non prophet) organization. Again, wild speculation and nothing more.
There is no way the Zion's in America are getting more than any of the Mega Churches I don't think that the amount is a concern.

Now, I could be wrong. But I think Big Shine is much more than a "shell company". The pastor at L.A is in top level at big shine, he told me that he met steve jobs once and they do buisness with apple (selling microchips). If anything, the church is the "shell" , but the church might make alot more money than big shine, who knows.. But i am almost certain Big Shine makes money, lots of money… Ive personally heard from one of the original americans baptized, that big shine helped start the church's here in america.
I believe one of the top pastors owned big shine, but once he became a part of the church, Big Shine became a huge help to "spread the gospel"..

nice find! When you click on 'history', it shows Big Shine moved to new york in 2000. The society came to L.A in 1999. Anyone know when the society went to ny/nj?
