Update on the Perpetrator

    The fellow who did all the ranting posts on the forum, threatening people, etc., was arrested last week as most of you know.  He has been charged with two misdemeanors and  has been released.  His court date is May 25th. 

    So far he is keeping himself under control.

    Well, I am not playing games. Committing the same offense will place his pending charges in a higher capacity and limit his ability to be released for violating again.

     You are right about that, and the authorities have been informed that he is back on the site.
