Brian TaylorParticipantOnly got through 47 seconds of this video and had to stop due to the question of "what exactly does this have to do with the WMSCOG?"
December 22, 2016 at 5:39 AM #73473
Judith13ParticipantWell, for once it explains why the church keeps growing. Korean homosexuals have a door out of a country who simply doesn’t accept them. The video also explains how normal it is for many Koreans to have a double life. “They can be straight during the week and homosexuals on the weekend.” The video explains how big Christianity really is in Korea and the role it plays in their personal lives. Even after Koreans come out to their parents they are often forced to marry and have children. In contrast with the WMSCOG, Koreans get to leave Korea , start a whole new life, receive American citizenship and receive the keys to the “Kingdom of Heaven” Ttey’ve made multiple videos denying it, but as many have witnessed, arranged marriages is a core value in the church!

Brian TaylorParticipantWell there area few problems with your reductions: One, most of the Koreans exported by the WMS to other countries are highschool to college age; and usually are only there for a few weeks at a time, usually for the purpose of short term preaching missions. Two, even the ones who get to stay in other counties long term through being married spend all day and night in the church, literally. Thier whole life, every day, from early in the morning till night is to labor for the church and monitor the local members, there is not a whole lot of time go to gay bars or the red light district or " lead a double life"

Judith13ParticipantI’m mostly speaking from my experience and most Koreans always stay for long period of time. Thanks for sharing your experience, but that’s not always the case. This also applies for Americans, who once had the disease of homosexuality and now sit in church everyday with their Korean wives.

Judith13ParticipantWhat I experienced, is Just like most of the christians here in the states, many were alcoholics, drug addicts, homosexuals and once they “find Jesus” they’re whole life changes. They’re just from Korea in this case. What I mean is that now they feel so righteous that they come here and Judge others, when they used to be some of the worse. Even Korean pastors.

Brian TaylorParticipantSo you actually know for a fact that there were Koreans in your zion who went abroad for the WMS with the covert intention of living a secret homosexual life? or that they used to be homosexuals but were inadvertently made straight when they went abroad? If so, how do you know this? or is it just specualtion from the trend described in the video?
December 22, 2016 at 9:25 PM #73478
Judith13ParticipantYes I know for a fact “They were forgiven of their sins and live in the grace of Father and Mother now”

Judith13ParticipantOne good speculation would be flamboyant pastor Jacob Lee from Naperville Zion and his wife Ms.Trunchbull. They’re such an odd couple.

Mayor and MikeParticipantSo the flamboyant Korean had his sins forgiven? But who forgave his sins? The wms doesn't forgive sins do they?
(I still think about that hot Korean that they tried to marry me to. We could have burned my house down with hot fire. I'm looking South and else where now. I'd laugh if Zion accused me of being homo for saying no to a Korean wife. (I have standards). I would like to know her name before getting married…)

Judith13ParticipantYes your sins can be forgiven, all they need is 10% of your income and for you to keep the Passover.

Lol, Mayor and Mike! Standards: I'd like to know her name before getting married. You crack me up sometimes.
On the serious side, I know they are still arranging marriages and trying to cover it up. A technique is to have the member lie to their parents about being married, and move somewhere for a while and not tell their parents where they are. (I am alledging this because it seems to be the method of operation with this, my opinion after observation) Then the member, many months or even years later, tells the parents about the wife leaving out the details so they can pretend they met the good old fashioned way and fell in love. I've witnessed people who were arranged into marriage with Korean women who didn't even speak English. The man that Rebecca married also couldn't speak English, I have heard. One man I witnessed didn't even seem to like his rather chubby Korean wife who didn't know how to talk to him. He ran into her, literally, in the church hallway, and they just looked at each other and didn't say a word and moved on in opposite directions. Funny, that.

Mayor and MikeParticipantYa, that's not the kind of relationship you want to be involved in. They pretend like they don't even know each other in the hallway? What a nightmare. Are they strangers in the house too? Personally, she would have to give a kiss in the hallway if I was him. I have that kind of a standard. The relationship has to be real.
I was trying to be funny with that part I put in the brackets. That Korean was a pretty face. But not under the circumstances was I going to marry her. I had no idea who she was.
Essentially, the church was just ushering the pretty face Korean my way without telling me anything. I assume they wanted me to marry her. I was not given any info what so ever. The pastor didn't know I was about to "skip this joint" (leave the wms that is.) I was not about to stick around and find out what they wanted from me. Operation "kiss my ass" was already in effect. Lol.

MountainMomParticipantLol Mayor! I knew you were trying to be funny. Mission accomplished.
It isn't fair to the Korean man/girl being arranged either. Sad for all involved. But at the time I think these people all think they are doing the right thing. The thing Mother has chosen. Really all Mother has chosen is to get them in the church, keep them in with manipulations, and drain the cow dry.
December 31, 2016 at 2:22 AM #73485
Mayor and MikeParticipantIt's not fair for the both sides. That's right. Koreans are just as controlled by the church as Americans are.
