This just in guys! I chatted with my brother thru facebook and I gave him a site that says something about "Emperor Constantine" not abolishing the Sabbath day and that Christians started worshipping in Sundays 288 years even before Constantine was born. (http://www.trektorome.com/did-constantine-abolish-the-sabbath-in-321-a-d/)

This is his UNBELIEVABLE REPLY: It doesn't matter who did it, the important thing was that someone did abolish it thus fulfilling the prophecy in the Bible. Believe the Bible, not the people that spread the lies" It was really, really at the tip of my tongue to ask him if he was an idiot, but I held it in since I've read that I couldn't convince him that way. But really, can't he get anymore stupidier in joining that stupid cult?

So I asked him (as uninsulting as I could), But how did you know that Constantine did it? What is your proof that it is not a lie? Do you have a book or something that confirms it? He STUPIDLY replied again, "DUH! It's in the Bible, it's a prophecy, you can't really know who would do it. That's why its called a prophecy!"

I think I just pulled most of my hairs off out of exasperation. If the situation wasn't so funny, I would have cried myself to death!!

Jehova is the English spelling for JHV since we need vowels to be able to pronounce that name. Please stop making questions that you can Google. This is not the prehistoric times. That is at the beginning of your NIV bible and other versions.

Hal knows who or what the hell a Jehovah is Elie. Hal, being a yehuda, will probably tell you that there's no J in the Semitic language we call Hebrew. In the scripture "Jehovah" is actually YHWH. Or YHVH. He's just being technical ๐Ÿ™‚

Neither is there a W to be fair. and J used to be pronounced like a Y making Jehovah more valid than Yahweh anyways lol

    This doesn't work:

ASH possibly believed that he was just a prophet, not the 2CC. Then when he died, people "made" him into a god. Just an idea that could be applied to Jesus.

Jesus knew exactly who he was and when others realized the fact he did not deny it. Ahn believed he was Elijah, the forerunner of Jesus Christ. Anybody can make this claim as we are all here before Jesus return. It's obviously true that after Ahn died some people purpetuated the myth that he was the second coming of Christ. There are too many things in Ahn's history that disprove that as being any kind of possibility. Jesus on the other hand revealed himself as the Son of God, Son of Man, I Am, The Father and I are One, and so many others. Ahn's teachings, although speckled with other religions and doctrines, still points to Jesus as the one to come. Why do you think that he predicted Jesus return in 1967 and again for 1988 if he was Jesus? Jesus is God and he died for us, ressurected, and is alive today. If this was not true why were there so many of his followers that were faithful to him even unto death? If they had not witnessed it or had been a part of some kind of hoax they certainly would not have been willing to die for their belief. I'm glad Ahn and Chang / Zahng don't have that kind of following.

LOL. This cracked me up. It's another name for God.

No its not. That is a latin name. Yehudim were not latin.

    People aren't latin.

So far as Jehovah being Latin it would be pronounced in the original phonology Yehovah when the letter shifted they kept it that is all.

I should have add the words FOR US. Jehovah is another name of God for us. Personally I don't care what we call God, He cannot be contain in a simple name anyway. Though we must treat every name with respect, not use it in vain etc. We just need a word that would refer to Him so that people would know it is Him we are talking about so it doesn't matter either way. Unless you want to use "He-who-must-not-be-named" or something.

The name of God is made for humans to be able to call God somehow.
