so, the other day I was lurking around one of the WMSCOG's  favorite preaching areas with my camera to see if anyone wanted to come out and play.The cult was not present on this day however, I ran into a friend who shall remain nameless. This friend is also a former member and has connections to people who are still inside. supposedly, there was a huge announcement some weeks back and all the overseers in the region had to congregate in L.A. and supposedly, they are no longer doing course class but are reforming their methods of brain washing. I wonder if this had anything to do with the videos I made titled "brain washing" ( I honestly doubt it but I would be tickled pink if it did) Either way, I curious about what the new deal is. Does anyone know anythig about this?

I agree, something is going on, and perhaps you did influence this.  I have heard that Joo Cheol Kim was in the states touring the different facilities.  Maybe he was the one making the big announcement.  This is an example of what makes this group more dangerous, in my opinion, than some others.  They morph and change some things when necessary.  They tweak their message to fit their purposes, and it works to their advantage.  One good thing though, is that if someone has been in there a while, they will start to see the changing messages.  They will know that the new teachings contradict the old.  I hope this helps long term members to see their way out of the mess they are in with this group.

Yes, I do believe that joo choel kim was in L.A. recently. The way it was described to me made it seem very abrubt and urgent. On very short notice the overseers had to pick up and go to L.A. Perhaps enough people are coming forward now that they need to , as you said, morph in an attempt to make the information and experience of the former members who are fighting against this group obsolete.

Well, if they do this, they may expose their own contradictions to long term members who know what past policies were.   That would be a very good thing.
