My son had a conversation with his Dad about the internet recently and likened it to "the serpent's breath."  Apparently all in the church are advised not to look on the internet for information regarding the church.  Yet he said that G

!  I met you and actually sat across from you at a propaganda session poorly disguised as a Bible lesson at the smaller church there a few years ago.  By the way, are you OK, because you really looked pasty and unhealthy at that time.  I bet they were really working you.

  Anyway, I was wondering why you have the right to look at this site and report to my son, but he doesn't have the right to look at it himself?  If you aren't affected by the Serpent's Breath, then why do you think my son can't handle it?  Do you think he is inferior to you?  I certainly don't.   I know you aren't looking at this site without permission, or even possibly direction from those in charge. So I assume, and my assumptions are usually right on, that you are being directed to look at the site and see what you can use.  Well, my postings about my son have been positive, and that I am simply devastated about how the church is manipulating him, but that I love him anyway.  So I know you aren't showing him my posts.  So what is he being told?   Care to answer, since I know you are here daily?

Thank you.  No replies yet, but they may be too busy with the festivals.  Or there simply isn't  a reasonable explanation that anyone who still thinks critically could possibly buy.  I think it is the latter.

Don't hold your breath MM. He is going to ignore you. That is ingrained in their DNA. Never address anything that is uncomfortable or inconvenient. If you were face-to-face he would have changed the subject but this is way easier to just ignore you.

Hi MM, I hope you get a reply. You mentioned festivals, is there a festival going on right now?

Well, my son is usually in their festival mode in September, and I believe last year it started around the middle of September.  I know it interfered with something else we had planned, and we had to be back by mid September because of it. 

I won't get a reply.  There really isn't one any reasonable person could come up with.  I just thought G______ might man up and at least try, but apparently not.  No courage obviously.

Thanks.  Can someone else verify?  What dates are being (or have been) kept for these fall feasts by your loved one this year 2013?

Those dates don't add up… Are you sure or is that a guess?

I'm pretty sure those were in september. They're earlier than last year this time.

I was surprised to hear the October dates, as I was sure they were in September last year.  Wasn't there some flack about them not doing the festivals in the correct month?  Have they changed them now to coincide with the correct timing?  Interesting.
