[Hop On Hop off Bus Tour]

I’ll only be in Rome for one day and want to see as much as I can. I’m thinking of using the Rome Hop On Hop Off bus to make the most of my time. I found this Rome 1-day itinerary that uses the tourist bus route to efficiently visit all the major attractions. Is it realistic to follow this kind of plan? Has anyone done Rome in a day using the Hop On Hop Off route? Would love advice!
