Hello everyone! I have recently volunteered myself to take our topics to Facebook and Youtube. For those of you who don't mind revealing your identity, you can join my group on FB. Even if you don't want to join you can still view it. Should you have any questions or comments you would like to add to the group, you can just message them to me and I'll post them there without sharing who it's from. Also, subscribe to my Youtube channel. I've made 2 videos so far and I think they're great! I'm trying to keep the videos under 4 or 5 minutes for those people who don't like reading walls of text. When I'm nervous I tend to crack a lot of jokes so, though the content is very serious, my videos are personable and fun to watch. Also, let me know what you want the next video to discuss otherwise I'll surprise you.

I understand the purpose of a forum but my intentions of opening this thread was to keep track of all my videos for everyone here. If there's something anyone would like to debate about, I ask for you to please open another thread. I don't want this one to get flooded. This comment is not directed to you specifically Disturbed. I quoted you to bold something you mentioned.

The WMSCOG has presented a video as evidence against me. The judge we stood before said he didn't see how I violated the minute order at all in that video. That video is the only evidence they have against me. Diane is going before a new jugde soon and we are hoping that this will be the last time they can complain against us over the same evidence. Unfortunately, double-jeopardy laws don't apply to ex-partes. This hearing, however, is not an ex-parte. Anyone's donation, even a $1 donation, is appreciated. We need everything we can scrape up.

I'm not sure what has been happening outside of this site but I understand that the WMSCOG has filed a suit against Renita. If that is the case, I find it rather odd that you of the wmscog should ask her such a question.

I just wanted to understand what the minute order in question was, which she "allegedly" violated.

Was she told to do something, or not to do something, and then started pushing boundaries?

And what happened to the guilty until proven innocent theme you guys had going?

I thought that was standard here.

So by "they threw out the court case"

You mean to say; they did decide to restrain us but only just a little.

Anyways it seems like a really easy instruction to follow to respect our rights.

I wonder what prompted the suit? Surely nobody would have been antagonistic enough to get too close and risk crossing the line.

 I uploaded the transcript from the court hearing so you (and others) can read it. But you have to be a member of the group. If you aren't already, I suggest you join. Hopefully the admin will post the transcript on this site so you can see. Until then, it will be available in my group.
