When I helped plan a fundraiser a few months back, we really wanted to stick with small vendors from around here. Someone suggested using the Local Business Directory, and it saved us a ton of time. We found a catering service, a balloon decorator, and even a local DJ — all listed in one place. It’s nice because you know everyone’s local and not some company driving in from Toronto. Felt good to keep the money in the community, and the whole thing went off without a hitch. If you’ve got an event coming up, I’d 100% check it out.
