     Because she came from Adam who already had the breath. She was not made from dust either because Adam had that, too.

    OR it's because God can create anything with/out the same ingredients. He can decide to make a human being out of sun rays and plasma. He's God. He can do anything.

     Unfortunately, this is true. But I believe it's at conception, too, because you can see that it's alive. And in order for it to be alive it must have a spirit. Even the animals get breath from God. When I asked my Missionary, she said we don't know when the spirit enters the body.
