So what happens at the Passover service?

UntouchableJParticipantThe members meet at the church around 4:00. They will sing “New Songs” for a while. Then, they will participate in the Foot washing seremony. They will then usually have a short service. When twilight comes they will pray over the Bread and wine, then eat it. They will be instructed to eat all of it. They will then have a short sermon, or watch a video. Members will usually be pressured to stay after service.

gennyParticipantWho does the actual washing of the feet? Do members pair up and wash each other's feet? Or are there a few people who wash everyone's feet? Or do the pastors/leaders do all the washing?

Obvious lies. We were told there is no sleep deprivation in this group.
The next thing we'll be told is that the members get up every day at 5am, just because Mother says to say a prayer at that time…

AnonymousInactiveAt the church I used to go to was similar to UntouchableJ. We used to meet around 2 – 3 PM, register in a computer (if you weren't baptized you couldn't go in). Have an extra long service a lot of songs.
During the footwashing ceremony, only the leaders would wash everybody else's feet (which I always found super weird, specially since the verse says that we had to wash each other's feet). We eat the bread (which is not really close to rice bread, dont know if it's actual bread) and wine made at the church.
After that, usually pictures to show off how many members went, and then eat a lot because there's fasting from 12 midnight till the next afternoon because of the next feast.

UntouchableJParticipantThe leaders and flunkies did the feet washing. I call them flunkies because they were members who were usually sold out, or did whatever the Overseer did and eventually would move up the ladder. Many members where I was, left and qte big right after. We didnt do the post Passover meal, many of us just went home and ate alot due to the fast. Im reminded as I type this, how WMS members can lie and say they dont have children fast?. I remember trying to get my kids to eat as much as possible, so they could fast for Unleavened Bread.

Jjw808ParticipantSo is it like a full foot scrub sort of thing when they wash your feet? I think I would feel kind of uncomfortable with that part. if I turn up late would I be able to skip the foot washing?

Mayor and MikeParticipantAre you planning on attending the Passover Jjw? Just show up on time and find out what happens. Ask the leader who washes your feet, why is the passover on the wrong day? Tell them the true passover will be celebrated next month. Then report your whole experience back here.

Mayor and MikeParticipantBaptism = foot washing = unleavened rice bread and church wine = the belief that you cannot die in a disaster.
No skipping on foot washing.
They’ll scrub your feet, pull out the bag of Epsom salt, give you a foot massage, then clip your toe nails, oh, and then rub you feet with lotion. Ya… that’s it.

UntouchableJParticipant@Jjw Like Mayor said, you have to have the foot washing cer. They wont let you have the wine and doughy bread. I would also be intrigued to here what they tell you about it being celebrated at the wrong time. Its the Jewish Leap year (Also our leap year), how did they get the math for the date
