HI fellow members,

I had been a member of this church for a little bit over a year.This church was introduced to me by my ex girl-friend. But to make the story short this so called true church is letting their female member marry the brother just for sex. There was this sister on the church that was in a relationship with a brother and since the brother was not a believer no more she decided to end their relationship. after a few months after their break up she wanted to get back with him but he said no. A short while after she was texting him to get married with her because she could not hold it no more(sex) but the brother said no that he would not marry her for sex. I found out a week ago that this sister told pastor her problem about wanting to have relations and pastor approved a marriage between her and another brother that was really good friends with the ex of the sister.smh. This church is letting these poor lost young adults get married purely out of desire and not love.

nope a husband and wife are both two and one in man.

Man is in God's image so it would be both two and one for God as well.

nope a husband and wife are both two and one in man.

Man is in God's image so it would be both two and one for God as well.

I'm all wired on Monster and am feeling great waves of anxiety!! With that being said, I spoke to a Brother about marriage in Zion. He said he asked a Pastor the same question. The Pastor said that he hadn't married anyone since he became an overseer. Also, my Missionary said in his sermon that everything is a copy & shadow. Just like brothers and sisters can't marry on earth, it is the same spiritually. I always found it disgusting to marry or have sex with someone I call my brother whether it be physical or spiritual. I think the Missionary was trying to send the message to forget about marraige for pleasure because it's wrong. At least that's what I received. I would be in great conflict if Mother told me to marry a foreign Brother because I feel it is F&M's will that I must follow. But that's my Brother! Ew!! I think it's wrong. But It's wrong of me to think anything God does is wrong because God's thoughts are far above my own. I feel condemned & haven't even been in the situation.. I definitely feel like if any Brother or Sister found out my feelings about marriages in Zion, I would be greatly judged. From the physical view, who am I to "judge" someone's reason for marraige. From the spiritual view, who am I to go against F&M's will…… Woe is me.

Reason #27 why I don't go to Zion as often as I used to. (27 is a random number. I'm not really keeping track.)

I have to somewhat agree Renita although it is not quite the same we are not physically related and do not in any way remember eachother so there is none of the things that make it disgusting to me.

 

What I find actually disgusting though is people who think Jesus's comment about no one will be married or given in mariage means no new marriages but we will remain married. In this flesh brother and sister spiritually means nothing physically and physical Husband and Wife means nothing spiritually.

I really do not WANT to be in that situation but IF Mother were to ask me to marry this sister or that sister it's not like I have anyone else to marry anyways.

After realizing the whole Brother & Sister thing, I found it really gross that Adam & Eve & everyone after them made babies. Even I not-so-secretly hope my daughter's donor isn't baptized for that reason. I know, it's bad.. but it's the truth. The 144,000 cannot lie. (Disclaimer: I am not saying I am 1 of the 144,000. It's just a saying a few Sisters & I say to remind us to keep God's commands.)

My daughter can't be a child of Satan because she has kept the PO. She has been giving the right to be called a child of Abraham. Not by physical descent* or a husband will. But by God being cleansed through the blood of our Saviour. The only way she could possibly be a child of Satan is if she obeys the rules of Satan. You, my dear Brother, are confusing the physical with the spiritual. My daughter's donor is her physical father. I call him the donor because he does nothing a dad should do for his children. The only reason he is her dad is because of his "donation". If I need to explain more, you must've fallen asleep in sex-ed. Lol.
