First I want to say Happy Holidays to everyone in here who is celebrating the holidays! I know around the holidays people tend to be busy, and a little happier but, it can also be especially hard when you do not have your loved ones who fell victim to the World Mission Society Church of God. Or as I like to call it "The Evil Organization".

Anyway I started this post because I have noticed that the forum has somewhat died off, especially since members like 144000 are no longer here to debate and argue with. But something tells me he/she and others still lurk through this forum. This forum is a great place to inform, support and educate people on Jesus. I think people should still come here to share their stories so others who have been through similar situations can know that they are not alone. And so people who lurk can learn what has happened to individuals who decided to get out because they have learned the truth. But maybe we can start trying to talk more about Jesus here and less religion. Focus more on Jesus and less about the rules of Christianity. I have been reading a book called JESUS>RELIGION by JEFFERSON BETHKE and it is very enlightening. Maybe we can try to share more encouraging stories and good things that are happening in our daily lives for lurkers to read that will make them want to learn more about JESUS. We can debate about scripture until we are blue in the face but I honestly do not feel that will help people want to learn the truth for themselves. I dont know just a suggestion. I proclaim Christianity is about what GOD has done for us and not what we do for GOD…Have a good day peoples! ;0)

I know Simon. Jesus>Religion is trying to express  that we need less of the type of religion that is a system that upholds effort or good behavior as a way in which we can have a proper relationship with God.

@Prettyeyes:  People who don't always post, and people who have never posted are still checking this site on a daily basis, because I have talked to them.  I am very sure lurkers from the wmscog are also checking this site on a daily basis, even though they are not as vocal as before.  I think some of the people they assigned to monitor the site actually had their eyes opened by it, and they know that is always a danger.

This site continues to do the job of exposing the wmscog and is helping people all over the world.

Merry Christmas to all, and happy holidays!  I don't have my son for any of the family oriented holidays, and haven't for over four years, but I have the rest of my family and they are so wonderful.  May I never lose sight of that fact.  My husband and my other two children are people I thank God for every day.  That is what I am focusing on this holiday season, not my grief.  Some day my prodigal son will also be back with us.  I look forward to that day.

I realized that I referred to my son as "the prodigal son" and that is not really an accurate comparison.  My son didn't become involved with drinking or debauchery, willingly wasting his time with these things as the prodigal son did.  In contrast, he was actually looking for ways to become a better person and unfortunately fell into the trap that is the wmscog because he was manipulated into it.  There is a lot of difference there.

But there won't be any difference in how the prodigal son's father acted when he came back, and how I will also welcome my son back when he discovers how false the church is.
