My brother in law is so upset bc people are slandering his church and saying he is in a cult. I dont feel sorry for him at all. He asked for this. He says he is supposed to be persecuted….thats makes him right…laughable! The Cog loves to say that they are persecuted 2000 yrs ago just LIKE Jesus. The fact that they compare a little cyber bullying to Jesus being stoned and nailed to a cross is totally not even in the same realm. If their cult wasnt so secret and deceptive and they wouldnt wreck families by brainwashing loved ones to believe their family is the Devil is the reason people are flooding the internet and trying to stop others from being hurt by this cult. If they did nothing wrong and were as perfect as they say they are then people wouldnt “persecute” them. They act like people are making up lies about them just because….its bc they are hurt and want to share their story. I could scream how much of a martyr they are….poor cult leaders your life is so hard! They are the ones ruining people’s lives we have the right to express ourselves
I can't imagine being a cult leader and having to continually deceive and control other people. I couldn't do it. We have a voice and will speak up about them. We have good reason to talk about this church, don't they know?. In fact I'll go farther and say the cog created us, the "examining department."
I realize you are words on the screen and I can't hear your tone of voice, but I imagine you are being sarcastic, with a little sass, I don't know. Therefore you are making me chuckle. :). I apologize if I'm wrong here. But you are sorry, he is sorry, it's a sorry for each other existence right now.

You guys have to change it up. Make a game plan. You are right however, he has to come out of the church. Then he can buy his ever so patient and loving wife a house. Right?

Babylon did you say? Can you tell him for me that the church has taught him wrong. The bible clearly says that Babylon is a city. It's not a church! The feasts outside the bibke, might be pagan, he might be right there at least.
I would like to say something I heard from a friend: There are two things God can't do: He can't change, and he can't be wrong. Yet I have heard now that the rules in the wms have been "modified" for some. How can they say "God doesn't allow this" and then change it? Are the pastors allowed to change "God's rules" at will? They change and morph in that organization to suit themselves, and to give "plausible deniability" in case they are called out on their practices. Yet the main things people outside the church are outraged about remain the same: destructive behaviors and excessive control issues that harm families, relationships, marriages, finances, and mental and physical health of members.
