I would like to take the time to introduce myself. I am a friend of a few members of the WMSCOG. I spent about two weeks in the church myself before finding this website. Because my time was so short, I don’t have much of a story to tell, just that recruters came to my campus with all the same tactics and mannerisms that so many others have expertienced. I decided to join the forum, because I cannot find some information online.

first: while I was going through the 10 basic studies they had a sheet of paper with all the different studies on it and they would check off which ones we completed, does anybody have this sheet? I am looking for what they call all their studies.

Second, there is a Youtube video where they try to explain that the number in Revelations is the Beast.

My question is: where can I find the real history of what nations were conquered by the Romans.

Last the video assumes that the Roman Empire is the same as the Roman Catholic Church. In those days was there a separation of church and state?

The Bible itself mentions some of the nations that will be conquered, I'll try to find the verses.

But this has to be my favorite video of all 😛 cuz it's so full of chocolate flavoured bull-fudge it's ridiculous.

Just priceless. Didn't you know? The Roman catholic church is simultaneosly the beast, the woman, the head, the horns, north korea, satan, and basicaly all that is evil.

OK so according to the video:    the prostitute = the roman catholic church

                                                 the beast = Roman catholic church

AAAAnd we open to Rev 17:16 => The beast and the ten horns you saw will hate the prostitute.

and we discover our brains have been turned to mush because the POPE, apparently, has SCHIZOPHRENIA!

Or just low self esteem…

Daniel 11:41  – Edom, Moab and Ammon escape, Egypt is one of the nations. Conveniently it was conquered by the romans.

However Edom, Moab and Ammon were also part of the Roman empire.

I watched the documentary one and it just doesn’t add up. Some things I agree with but not all or it would make personal experiences with God false.
