If satan is a fallen angel…

    Rev. 12:7-9

And war broke out in heaven: Michael and his angels fought with the dragon; and the dragon and his angels fought, but they did not prevail, nor was a place found for them in heaven any longer.  So the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

The wmscog teaches that people are the angels who were cast out of heaven.  What about satan?  He was cast out of heaven too, but was he put into a human body?  Which one?  Wouldn't he be dead and gone now?  Or was he cast out differently than the other bad angels.

How many bad angels were there?  There are approximately 7 billion people on earth right now, plus all those who previously lived.  Are there that many fallen angels?  Of have some of them been reincarnated into humans over and over again?

Rev. 12:4 can be interpreted that the fallen angels were about 1/3 of all angels.  Does that mean there are 14+ billion good angels still in heaven?

I know not everyone on this forum is a Christian or believes in satan the same way, but just go with it for now…  If the wmscog were right about the fallen angels doctrine, what impact would that have on who satan is?

And wmscog members, you can help clear this up.  How does it all fit together?

And while we are at it, how about babies who die or are born handicapped, disfigured, or otherwise 'defective' (for lack of a better word)?  Did they deserve it because of their sin in heaven?  How are they and their parents treated by the wmscog?  What does the wmscog teach about them?

(PS — I'm a parent myself, and I don't mean to be cruel or offensive with the wording, but rather than step lightly to avoid hurt feelings, I'd like to get to the root of the issue.)

Why else would we not obey? Aren't we told through study, videos, even new song that we rebelled against God? The sin we committed in Heaven was rebellion against God. We tried to kill God & yet we are to be forgiven. That explanation doesn't match up to anything I've been told.

That doesn't make sense either, but I think I can decipher what you meant.

Go back to what you originally said:

Because intentionally doing something that is sinful is not intentionally commiting sin.

You are saying thar "something that is sinful" is not "sin."

Sinful means "characterized by, guilty of, or full of sin."  How can "doing something that is sinful" NOT be "committing sin"?

That's like saying a square shape is not the shape of a square.

If instead you are trying to talk about motive, are you trying to say that sinning against God is 'intentional' and sinning against people is 'unintentional'?  If that's not it, then please try explaining again.

Not being a Christian I am curious …. don't Christians believe that God is everything?  All powerful, all knowing, all loving … so how could we "try to kill God".?????  That would be rather pointless, I would think ….

And if God is everything … all loving, etc., why does he make a Hitler??? Or a Jim Jones??? Or a Charles Manson???

Our rebellion.was after being deceived and tainted. We never set out and planned.a war.against God satan however did and brain washed us into it. When we sin on earth our motive isn’t sin itself.

Ultimately we sin because we do not believe God. Satan enslaved us to sin Jesus freed us but we doubt and still treat.sin as our master

I believe that too we was brain washed by satan up their in heaven and down here on earth , just that here on earth he took the appearance of korean people. In all honesty I think that he came to finish his job in trying to deceive the elect once again. But I never understood why satan would try to kill a person or a entity that is all powerfull everlasting that can not be killed. I mean this is just a thought satan was created by god and he was one of his best angels up there , satan would have a good understanding if god can be killed. This is just a thought people so dont crusify me lol. (this is what the cof has done to my head lol)

Exactly. That's why in many of the New Songs in the COG, the lyrics say we are foolish. Even satan tried to tempt God in the desert by giving Him the world.. the same world that God created. It already belongs to God. How can you give God something that already belongs to Him? Stupid satan. But being deceived by satan, the angels in Heaven were convinced that there was a way to dethrone God. This is what I learned in Zion.

I also learned that the things we do on earth reflect the sin we committed in Heaven. God didn't creat Hitler. God gave Hitler free will & he used it for evil.

You're right! Thinking about the situation from a more mature stand point, why would anyone do this? Well, it's because of arrogance or even desparation*. Who was behind killing Jesus? It wasn't Judas. It wasn't the Saducees* or Pharisees*. It was satan. Satan knew good & well God cannot be destroyed. But he didn't believe it. In his disbelief, satan repeated what happened in heaven. He persuaded God's people to kill Him. This is what I learned in the COG. But it seems in Rev satan realized he won't win & is now trying to take away what's most precious to God, the children.

Also, satan was the worst angel in the eyes of God.

well like I said ahn never said he was god. The one who said that was mother after she left her old church to start a new one with new doctrines. ahn have some valid points like the whole fallen angel theoris which are believable and also passover and sabbath. I believe those but I never believe the whole mother god thing. it just does not make sence. but one question for you is this..if ahn is god why did he dye if the scriptures say different..why would he have children with another lady that was not mother..why did mother marry another guy and have children as well ..and why did she sin by leaving her husband and joining ahn?
