Ways to Fix Windows Key Not Working Issue

Use the combination of FN + Win key to unlock the keyboard feature (select keyboards have a function lock setting).
Verify the status of Win Lock because this function exists on certain gaming keyboards through a Win Lock key.
Users need to access HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Keyboard Layout on the Registry Editor and remove the Scancode Map entry.
Users should check that Windows Settings (Ease of Access > Keyboard) has disabled Filter Keys.
