Use these procedures to see if the Windows Modules Installer Worker (TiWorker.exe) is utilizing a lot of CPU power:

Launch the Task Manager. Either right-click the Taskbar and choose Task Manager, or press Ctrl + Shift + Esc.

Navigate to the Processes tab and search for TiWorker.exe or Windows Modules Installer Worker.

Examine CPU and disk usage; if it’s consuming a significant portion of either for a long time, it might be causing problems with performance.

Track Resource Usage: To keep tabs on the process’s effects, right-click on it and select Go to Details.

Try using Windows Update Troubleshooter or cleaning the Windows Update cache if use stays high for an extended period of time.
