All this talk of good works, it doesn't really matter. Good works are just manifestations of your  faith. If you don't have faith, even if you're the most outstanding philantopist in the world, it wouldn't matter. Oh wait, but she already thinks of herself as a God, so would that count? LOL.

Problem with faith is that a lot of the time it's a belief in nothing at all.  That is the basic formula for charlatans  to step up and take advantage.  The last thing a charlatan needs is someone stepping up and questioning his methods, motives or spreading doubt.

Counts as Blasphemy actually as I understand it

Yes! And making people realize that it IS blasphemy would steer them away from that group. Alas, many people easily believe due to lack of knowledge in the Scriptures.

Yes, we could even say that these people are blinded BY their FAITH. Because they base their faith in their beliefs which are sometimes false.

And I've seen members give food and Money to people on streets with out any reason to believe outside recognition.

I do that all the time. There are a few homeless who who congregate near my work and I usually end up buying them lunch. No cameras on me.

    You mitzvah doer!
