One of the missionaries said that Father didnt have even a bowl of rice. That Mother said that when the church had enough money to buy him an apple, he had already passed. Makes me think:

Also, that 2nd picture is of Father with his wife in 1978. So he got married in 1958, meaning 10 years after he "started preaching", and still by 1978, 14 years after stablishing COG and just 7 years before he "went to heaven". Does anybody have information about when did Father get divorced?

His Ol lady died in like O8 and they were not divorced. You can see her, I believe half way down this page, in 06. Her name was Miss Hwang.

And another ASH Church, so for I guy without an apple he was doing pretty good.
Didn't have a bowl of rice. <LOL> His kids looked pretty healthy for a guy without and apple and a bowl of rice. Wonder who fed them. Maybe the tooth fairy or the easter bunny or perhaps santa himself.

LUVParticipantthey(the church) say that so you can feel pity, but do they feel pity for the hungry kids around the world, who don't even have a bowl of rice. They are eating leafs from trees, and have no clean water. I saw a documentary on 3rd world countries, and it was sad.:(

Love'n HoneyParticipantThere are videos of mother and some koreans feeding old, old people. Idk about the starving kids in africa though.

Only if there is a camera near by so they can boast about their "good deeds". Exactly what the bible says not to do. They do it to try to offset / balance against this forum and others like it; however they would never give the homeless guy on the corner with a sign saying "will work for food" a penny or even a sandwich which the bible does say to do.

LUVParticipantJust remebered mother donates water pumps for clean water some where around the world, i saw a video on that.

SimonParticipantLet your light shine before man
And I’ve seen members give food and Money to people on streets with out any reason to believe outside recognition.

SimonParticipantNot at all
December 2, 2012 at 8:34 AM #49276
KCParticipantyes they donate some water pumps to some people in africa, yes they do blood drives and yes they visit old people in some nursing homes BUT if mama wanted to really SAFE her so called "lost childrens" all over the world so they can gather up with her in sion
she could just sell that nice elohim complex in budang and buy PLENTY tickets to korea for ALOT of her "childs".funny right? you claimed to came down from your kingdom up there in heaven just to safe your childs, yet when you are here you really dont want to do much for the saving.

@KC, so true! WHY NOT BUILD A ZION IN THE POOR COUNTRIES, so that they also can have salvation. IF this is the true church 3rd world countries would benefit both physically & spiritualy from it.December 2, 2012 at 8:49 AM #49278
SimonParticipantMost churches if not all could tone property down to save more souls but any effort to mass outreach with truth or lies will take behind the scenes man power and a lot of it.
Also do we know what they ACTUALLY own in Korea not what has their name on it
December 2, 2012 at 8:51 AM #49279
SimonParticipantThere are third world zions
Which isn’t exactly good seeing as extorting poor people is pretty evil

ElievalkyrieParticipantAll this talk of good works, it doesn't really matter. Good works are just manifestations of your faith. If you don't have faith, even if you're the most outstanding philantopist in the world, it wouldn't matter. Oh wait, but she already thinks of herself as a God, so would that count? LOL.
