Does anyone know why Ahns family hasnt come forward and stopped this cult?? Also Zangs family…where are they? Are we sure they didnt have any children together? I feel like they are the only people that could actually debunk all of this! My husband said none of this is important…I’m like are you kidding.
It would seem like Ahn son is only concerned with the NCPCOG. I understand, when your trying to do your own thing, who has time to worry about anything else. I have heard that Zhangs daughter works in the church.
As for not mattering…it matters alot. Ahn even said it, that to have children means “having relations with his own creation”. It would also mean God was married twice, and didn’t even divorce his first wife(?).
Ahn seemed to me to be very confused. He started out a Budist, then Seventh Day Adventist, then about the time of Herbert Armstrong he started the feast thing. Has any one looked up Herbert Armstrong and the World Wide Church of God? It’s the same thing as what Ahn had going even the name is similiar. The same time period. Armstrong said to bring back the feast days, Saturday sabbath, and Passover for salvation. His son says his dad was a prophet when he was in the Earth but became second coming Christ. Has any one seen the tv show “Sister Wives”? It’s about Mormons and the first wife is the legal wife and not divorced when the second wife has a celestial wedding in a white dress but not legal. It’s a spiritual wedding. Seems like the Mormans got to Ahn before he died.
The cog has scripture they use to justify ASH having a Budist family, and attending Seven day church. I was told 2CC was supposed to come from the seventh day church.
The other kids have never spoken up, on either side. Who knows. Part if the issue is that in Korea they seem to keep a low profile.
@Abba When I left, Ron Ramos made a clear statement to me. “the Koreans studied us, VERY carefully…at first they were all lovey dovey, but then they realized what would work.” I think they act the way they do, because our nature as Americans and how we respond. Now when a member is indoctrinated, I think they consider the persons or demographics character. Americans will challenge something, get confrontational and possibly bring attention to the lie (i.e. Renita Payno and former Deaconess Diane). So Overseers here will yell, make lies and rumors about a member or ex member. They say key words and phrases in Services to make the brainwashing stick. They have someone follow a new member around. Etc etc
Lol. Yes my overseer has motivated me to come to this site and speak up about my cog experiences. They are definitely stirring the pot!

Mayor do know what scriptures they used while you were there to say 2cc would come from seventh day church? Also what do you think about this now from the outside looking in? Like what does it mean now that you know it’s not true!!?
@Warrior In WMS there is a study called the 7churches. The church of Ladieocia is supposed to be thr 7th Day Adventists. Rev3:14-3:20
At verse 18 when it says “I urge you to buy of me gold tried in fire ” WMS says it referenced while Ahn was in SDA he urged them to here his message and doctrine, but they wouldnt.

@Abba. In the “language” piece, WMS set up a culture of rule. So understand, it was so powerful, you would have full blooded Americans speaking a Korean accent. Not because they had spent sooo much time there, because they emulated the System of control. Thats why Mayor and I joke about it, but its powerful. If you meet my first Overseer….you would have thought he spent a few years there, or held a Masters in Korean linguistics. A white guy….sounding like Bruce Lee. But again…control, bondage..emulating your oppressor. Cognitive dissonance. Its what made American POW’s emulate their Japanese captors. Its what made many enslaved Africans in they US, complacent with the system.
Here is the “kicker”. When Zhang dies, or sonething happens proving that WMS was BS…what will many Wms members do? Remember many of the Jews in the Exodus, wanted to go back.
@abba. No my overseer didn’t want me to look at the internet. The way he treated me and other people later on in the cog motivated me to go against his control, and check these sites and start posting.
The verse about 2cc was… Rev 3 about Laodicea. Verse 20. “Here I am”. They say that is 2cc. ASH.
