What does the WMSCOG say about this scripture?

Upon further personal study, I think that I had the wrong scripture.  I believe that the WMS teaches that the new name is based on Revelation 3:12 and not 2:17.  I still think that it contradicts my original Ephesians posting, but I shall keep on seeking.
