I just came across these videos and it seems like a perfect way to describe the cult.

The video is intersting from 1:10 onward, very insightful and powerful video. It discusses not the cult, but basically how it operates and destroys the persons spirit.  2:44 Really descibes the cults MO quite well

Great vids. At 4:15 of vid one, the description fits WMS to a T. There is more of an impact in confusing a person while manipulating them.
