Can anybody provide how I would cite this website for a paper in APA style. As well as the intext citation. Should I cite the author as Admin or use a real name (if he is ok with this. His name is on this cite in a few places, so im just making sure its ok)

    Thanks

As far as citing goes I'm pretty sure you can't cite things from the forum. And blogs are sort of a grey area when it comes to academic papers.

What is the topic of your thesis?

This is just a basic overview of the church as well as my personal encounter. This paper is in the form of a meta-analysis (discussion of all current literature.) my thesis will be: The World Mission Society Church of God has come under critisism from various sources (e.g this cite, Hassan) as well as many former members.  subsequent analysis will focus on scriptural analysis as well as both sides of the argument of whether the WMSCOG can be classified as a 'cult'. furthermore analysis will focus on how the WMSCOG influences people's lives and if their involvment with the church subjects members to any "physical, financial, verbal or sexual abuse" (citation)

from this website I wont be citing the forum, but the articles from the homepage. This is merly a paper for class and I will not cite any personal communication with any of the members here.

Nonperiodical Web Document, Web Page, or Report

List as much of the following information as possible (you sometimes have to hunt around to find the information; don't be lazy. If there is a page like http://www.somesite.com/somepage.htm, and somepage.htm doesn't have the information you're looking for, move up the URL to http://www.somesite.com/):

Author, A. A., & Author, B. B. (Date of publication). Title of document. Retrieved from http://Web address

    Angeli, E., Wagner, J., Lawrick, E., Moore, K., Anderson, M., Soderland, L., & Brizee, A. (2010, May 5). General format.Retrieved from http://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/resource/560/01/

NOTE: When an Internet document is more than one Web page, provide a URL that links to the home page or entry page for the document. Also, if there isn't a date available for the document use (n.d.) for no date.

Thanks so if I wanted to cite the "Top 10 Reasons page" it would be

Author, A. A., & Author, B. B. (Date of publication). Title of document. Retrieved from <font color=”#1c256a”>http://Web</font&gt; address

Newton, T. (2012) Top 10 Reasons People Cease to Believe in the WMSCOG. Retrieved from https://www.examiningthewmscog.com/top-10-reasons-people-leave-the-wmscog/
