Well…I was given a link today. It exposed the dirty deeds of the Missionary of NJ Zion (Richard Whalen). When he isn’t keeping Sabbath, he’s at the home trade shows hawking his business Albright LLC. So how the heck can they tell us how important Sabbath day is when they’re not being good examples. I bet the church members were told he was out of town or keeping service at a house church. What liars!

Sometimes the get special permissions from the church and they keep prayer times at the time of the service and read a chapter of the book that the Pastor would assign. About fasting: Simon there are fasting times and not everyone is asked to take part of the “blessing.” The one time that is only for a day by the Passover season is the most common one. Also before the feast of tabernacles and before the Passover leaders fast for more than a day and pray for their brothers and sisters to attend and receive salvation. So on top of he lack of sleep they’re also fasting. I personally want to say that many people in there truly believe this is truth and they over sacrifice a lot for the church and the members. Fasting for them is not eating At all. not even water. The only thing they do is brush their teeth. About people with health conditions in the leadership they are not required to fast because of the medicine situation.( some medicine requires you to eat before taking it). The reason why some ex members might not be familiar with the prolonged fasting is because they group fasting is not allowed to say anything since it must be in secret.

@Jellybean…as a missionary your faith should be strong and you shouldnt be conducting business (for profit) on the Sabbath day. The granting of permission from the pastor to keep prayer times and reading chapters of the books is given to people who have to work (or other relevant issues), not to those who "want" to attend trade shows to further their personal agenda. The church was probably told he (the missionary) was out of town or something. Lie like they always do. Well the cat is out the bag cause like a dummy he posted it on his facebook page…and why does he have a facebook anyway? Isnt the internet the tree of knowledge of good and evil? I guess what's good for them isnt good for the members. You just might see them on the internet conducting their business LOL

Like I said…your experience was very different from everyone else's. Most of us were discouraged from internet usage with the exception of going on church approved websites.

I was told “mother” doesn’t like us going on the Internet. Also, another shocker for me was how much of a big deal they made over members having pictures of “mother” on their phones. When I asked they said it was disrespectful. I heard about fasting but never noticed anyone observing it. So they probably did, I don’t now.

So Simon, if they did it from east to west and in the middle, does that mean you aren't in the states?  You don't have to tell me exactly where or anything, it's just that I know for sure they encouraged it in Zions from east to west.  Except yours, I guess.  Unless they left you totally out of the loop because you didn't have money or something.   I don't mean that in a mean way, I just mean it is my assumption they try harder with people they can squeeze more out of.

@Smurf…I don’t know about you but I’m an angry ex member. Right now due to my anger I don’t care how the church gets exposed. I want them dismantled by any means necessary. I am suffering unnecessarily due to the actions of this church. Unfortunately I am not alone in suffering and there will be many more after me who will also have the same negative effects. I want it to end! I do not want any new people to become ensnared in this trap. Anonymous may have what is considered unorthodox ways but it is not for us to judge. For there is only one judge and He resides in Heaven.

Smurf is right. We can never win with evil but by the power of God through Christ Jesus. Evil will be exposed but not by evil but by God.

They will implode. God will ensure it. Such an approach only feeds their persecution complex and makes their false faith stronger.

I don't want to be judgemental. I can understand the anger and resentment. But have faith in the power of the real God. He is a jealous God and will not allow such idol worship, beyond the limited period He has allowed it so as to reveal His own glory in His time.

Disturbed's feelings are not at all wrong or different. Every person on earth has some event that, if it were to happen, they would do anything to get revenge/justice regardless of the law, spiritual or physical.

I heard a story [don't know if it's true] of a man who shot and killed a drunk driver after the drunk crash into his car killing the sober man's children. He didn't care how it happened, he wanted that drunk OOC and couldn't wait for the system to give him a few years in jail and a few years probabtion. This sugar honey iced tea is taking too damn long. We have all the power and yet the WMSCOG is still recruiting. There's something we're not doing but need to be doing to get them out of business.
