So instead of preaching I guess they’re offering Bible classes to the public? Is this their new way of recruiting?
I really dont like how all these posts are turning into personal attacks on zhang. This site is for members who are leaving the church, lets try not to make them think this is a site to bag on "mama god".. I have been decieved like the rest of you, but let's please have some respect.
It is really hard not to show the obvious. This groups beliefs all revolve around Zahng being god. Although this website is not just for people leaving the WMS there are many members of the WMS that come to this website looking for answers. Zahng is not God and there is no way for us to get around that. Some of us could be a little more tackful with our approach of the subject. (Deal with the log in our own eye before we try to take the sliver out of someone elses eye.)

I only respect people who deserves to be respected. But I'm not saying that I don't respect everybody in the wmscog, respect isn't even the issue, it is just that people who are in the wmscog choose to believe in their false gods so they have to be prepared to defend themselves from criticism, I expect nothing less when defending my own faith. But personally, I hate deceivers and Zhang and her croonies fits this category perfectly and I see no reason not to voice out my opinion for people like them.

I think one of the worst lie I have heard is that Satan is the one that is in control of Hell and that he is the one punishing the people who were put in there. I truly believed this one even in my young adult years. lol.

Did you even personally go to this church? I dont get why you have to be rude… In someones opinion, Jesus is a false god, would you ever go to a website that disrespected Jesus or whatever your faith may be??? Ofcourse you wouldnt. These forums should be a safe haven for members trying to leave, not a hate site.
I chose to believe in that false god aswell…I prayed to that false god…If it wasnt for this site and the info i found here I would still be there praying and worshipping a false god. You catch more bees with honey
As a matter of fact, I did personally go to wmscog. And I've seen enough lies to be disgusted with them during my stay there. Hal doesn't believe in Jesus and he criticize Jesus a lot in previous forums, did you see me personally seeking Hal out? I tried once to correct him but I've realized that it is better to not to take things too personally. Don't think that our comments about Ahn or Zhang is also a ridicule to you and other wmscog followers.
This forum is open to all religions, if you are not prepared to defend for what you believe in, then don't bother reading the comments. As I have said, I expect nothing less in defending my faith. I don't believe in sugar-coating the truth. Truth hurts, no matter how sweet you make it seem.

As you have also missed the point, touche. Respect is earned before it is given, and it is in my opinion that the wmscog didn't earn any from me. And thank you, I will do as I wish.
Please don't fight guys/gals. The current member of the wms that read this are going to probably say things like, "see they can't make up their minds on this site" or "see all they do is argue and here the brothers and sisters only show each other love, therefore we are the truth". Not that those conclusions would make any kind of sense but that's how I used to think when I was a member. The goal should be to engage in debate and help those that are looking for answers.
Well put Emily! I think everyone’s goal here is to help those still trapped or to possibly vent. But lets keep in mind those that are still in this group and do what’s best to help them release themselves.
If you are a former member, what would have helped you here (when you were still a member)?
dontrustzhang…. i know sometimes the comments on this forum sounded like we were attacking zhang personaly, But i do think it is also quite essential for helping those who are still in wms to realize the cold hard truth that indeed zhang is a fake, and judging from your nickname i do think you definitely agree with that too.

That is certainly true, if we hide from the lies instead of exposing them we may as well pack up and go home and leave them to deception… I for one am not prepared to give up on people.
