I was recently told by a church member that the end of the world would likely be this year because Mother had said “the end is very *puts her palm a centimetre away from her nose* close” and that “all the prophecies have been fulfilled”. Now… Obviously there are several problems with these statements, such as

1) Only Father knows the time of his coming.

2) Mother seems to be saying the end of the world is coming every year.

3) All the prophecies were NOT fulfilled.

I was told all about the prophecies where even “the stones cry out” to reveal 2012 as the end, by the Mayan, films like 2012, Ahn’s 168 day prophecy starting at 1844 and the jubilee year starting from 1962 to 2012. Apparently the jubilee year of the Queen is also shouting out!! Why would the Queen of England be a sign? This jubilee apparently starts from the time of the first baptisms, 2 years before the church was established. If we are still alive, it means that number 1 was correct – only father knows but number 3 is false, the prophecies were not fulfilled.

I would be interested to know if anyone else had the same response from church members as they explained this: Father apparently didn’t come in 2012 because there were still God’s chosen (found in 2012) who had not received the official seal of the Passover. Additionally, many church members left and lost faith because he did not come. I fail to see why God would let go of the hands of many loyal servants, letting them fall to their death so he could attempt to grab onto the hands of a few others who do not know what’s going on.

Also, has anyone else been told they should “flee to Zion because of the jubilee year”? This is itself makes no sense- the jubilee passages in the Bible say to return to your property, not flee from it! Further more, I am told of another prophecy concerning Jerusalem which was surrounded in 68 Ad and destroyed in 70Ad is a shadow of New Jerusalem (South Korea) being surrounded by North Korea in 2010 and this marks the end of the world. Yet.. This would mean the prophecy can only be fulfilled if South Korea was attacked by Kim young un last year.

I remember that last part about Jerusalem being surrounded. But I wasn't told that the year difference were equal. Just that the New Jerusalem was being surrounded just like in 68 AD. I had the study about the year of Jubilee. It was about the very end. I never heard a start date.
