I have heard from a very reliable source that the wmscog are telling their members about the end of all muslims and catholics in year 2012. I don't know the whole detail and don't really know what dire things they expect to happen in this "predictions" of theirs. Anyone out there who heard of this same issue from their wmscog friends? Please enlighten me about this.

this is too much, first it's going to be the end of the world, then the end of preaching, then the completion of the temple, and now the end of other religions! (did I leave anything out?)
what games are they playing here, this is so wrong, why does the WMS think they can go around saying things like this and get away with it. In part it's also the members fault because they are like the working ants, working for the Queen Bee, fulfilling all her needs.
People need to use their common sense, example your looking to buy a car, do you buy it just because the car sales man tells you it's the right car for you, or do you do your homework and research all the information and ask all the questions you need to know before buying that car?
same applies when your buying a house, insurance, booking a trip, moving to another country, surgery, applying for college, etc. etc. everything you do in life requires your attention and every detail is important. So how much more should your life after earth be. Don't you want to be 100% certain of where you will be going instead of taking mans word for it.
Take time out of your busy schedule and challenge your mind, think outside of the box, and review all things that you have been taught, after all your Soul depends on it! is it not worth doing it! I sincerely hope that 2013 brings everyone Wisdom & Knowledge and Peace & Love, God Bless You All!

SimonParticipantA lot of ambiguity is spread by the uppers seems to me its a lot of interpretation from members rather than church claims but I don't lnow

warriorParticipantThey are not rumors. My overseer taught us the study about 2012 a couple of years ago and this year I’ve heard in many sermons from General Pastor or Mother saying that this year is the completion of the Jerusalem Temple.
December 25, 2012 at 2:01 PM #49691
SimonParticipantnot addressing that
December 25, 2012 at 2:02 PM #49692
SimonParticipantthe study about 2012 never says end of the world only says fulfillment of the feast of tabernacles
December 25, 2012 at 2:36 PM #49693
warriorParticipantDepends which one you did. The one I did was about the end of the world. Ahnsahnghong did teach the end on 2012. Everybody in Korea knows that
December 25, 2012 at 7:15 PM #49694
jellybeanParticipantI agree with you warrior. I took 6 day creation with the same pastor many times and he finished it different on every time. Other of the
big studies I had the same experience. Changing little parts of the studies depending on the groups faith is their custom. If they see people is making questions that expose them people get rebuked in front of everyone.December 25, 2012 at 8:02 PM #49695
SimonParticipantif you say so

prtyeyesParticipantQUESTION? So can anyone in this forum confirm either way what the WMSCOG is teaching their members regarding the end of the world(2012). There still seems to be a lot of debate or inconsistencies where some are saying end of preaching, some are saying end of the world and some are saying a finished temple. To me that just proves that the people who run this organization are liars all the way around. They seem to only care about what will benefit there lies for the long haul. Why is that so hard for people to understand. I wish there was ONE REAL ANSWER. Not a circular debate of what “One” of their “churches” is preaching. There is no loyalty or unity with this organization and “they” the higher ups really piss me off that they are getting away with doing evil to good people.
December 26, 2012 at 1:01 AM #49697
Cephas' BrotherParticipantPrtyeyes, I doubt you'll ever get the single answer you want. Funny you should say that bit about "what one of their churches is preaching." My girl sort of played off the end of the world thing in a similar way when I brought it up to her. I've read on here where members were told not to have contact with members from other 'zions'. Of course I've read the complete opposite too. I think it's probably designed to be disjointed that way.
December 26, 2012 at 3:03 AM #49698
prtyeyesParticipantCephas’ Brother, it’s mind boggling that their former members and current members all have similar and yet so different of an experience with this group. You’re right I believe it is disjointed this way, to make it easier for them to change their story as often as they need to, and so members/former members can say, “that’s not what’s happening at my Zion” or ” maybe a member misunderstood”. No you were all being lied to, smh!
December 26, 2012 at 7:28 PM #49699
Cephas' BrotherParticipantExactly what I was thinking prtyeyes.
December 26, 2012 at 8:03 PM #49700
KCParticipantyes i can confirm that in asia almost all sions said or hinted the same thing about it.
December 26, 2012 at 9:18 PM #49701
prtyeyesParticipantKC, you just answered my question with the run around, lol! What did they say or hint to? I want to know what’s being taught about the end of the world here at U.S zions. Clearly no one(current members) really wants to answer straight forward because then they would have to admit they were LIED to, on NUMEROUS occassions!
December 27, 2012 at 8:31 AM #49702
SimonParticipantseems preposterous you can confirm all asian Zions said that
December 27, 2012 at 8:48 PM #49703
MountainMomParticipantPrtyeyes, I've researched this group for over three years now, and yes, they have been preaching 2012 as end of days pretty much all over. I've seen their documents attesting to it, and I've heard it from members personally. And everywhere it seems that they try to have a ready cover up if it doesn't happen such as "Your prayers caused the Mother to have Mercy and give more time." B.S. Anyway, they do adjust the time to 2018 when it suits them, such as when recruiting newbies who don't know about the 2012 date. Always a date in the near future, to give a sense of urgency to preach and justify lost time with family, negligence of studies at school, or even of work time. Oh, and hurry and make sure you get all kinds of blessings for donating money before the world ends.
If they weren't pushing this, why would so many members have thought it and expressed it with so much certainty? And why would they let a woman get up and say it from their pulpit at a Saturday Service with no correction this past March? This was witnessed by someone in our family, although we already knew they were pushing that agenda anyway.
December 27, 2012 at 8:51 PM #49704
KCParticipantRun around? I think my statement its quite clear that yes the wmscog do say and claim that the world going to end in 2012, some were not that direct on saying that, in some sions t
hey just say the 7 feasts they did in 2012 is the last feast EVER.
And simon, i dont know how they do playout their game in US, specially at the sion you attended, but i believe its because either your local deaconess is smarter or they just not really open to their members.
December 27, 2012 at 9:01 PM #49705
KCParticipantAnd what mountainmom said about the BS they probably going to spew out regarding the failed prophecy were exactly spot on, in Asia they already pulling that “mama god think we haven’t saved enough, so she delayed the coming of papa god, thus the world goes on, thanks to mama”
.
god, they are not really creative sometimes
December 27, 2012 at 9:25 PM #49706
prtyeyesParticipantKC, I agree with you then if the world ending in 2012 doesn’t happen( I believe is not) then you’re right they should be a little more creative other than just saying “mother” prayed for more time and got it. I really don’t understand how grown adults can be so naive.
