During Passover at the Chicago Zion someone who was there as a guest relative noted that four men seemed to be guarding the church doors. And then he noticed that police cars were cruising through the parking lot on a regular basis. He asked a member what was going on, but got the reply, "Oh nothing, the police go through here a lot." Not so from this guest's experience. He had been to their church many times and never seen this activity before. I think it is very possible that the church hierarchy is on high alert and that they are very paranoid something is going to happen. Anyone heard anything from the inside?
They don't need to be afraid of anything except that their false doctrine will be exposed. But really, I guess that is their biggest fear.
Well said Mountainmom. Since when did God start fearing or since when did he start being paranoid? Even when Jesus knew they were coming for him, he didn’t have guards guarding his place or did he? cause i may have missed that in the bible.
Jesus was anxious of the pain he was going to go through, even so much that he sweated blood, He is in human body and felt pain just like you and me

He said He could have brought security but He didn't because He's God and doesn't need security.

Anyone in the right frame of mind knows intuitively that God needs no security. Yes or no? Be it far from us to shield God. Yes or no?
What about all those Zions that were miraculously saved by F&M during the earthquakes? I remember the New Zealand Zion in particular which was the only building left standing. If F&M could and did protect the members from an earthquake, surely they would protect them from picketers.
But they sent the earthquakes so controlled them?
I could have sworn I saw an article about the Zion in Christchurch, NZ being damaged by that quake a while back. Is that the same one?
It survived fairly well the damage was superficial
I think the only damage done was the tower that used to hold a really big cross was destroyed. The WMSCOG was proud of that.
