First of all the angels had already been created and the rebel angels had already been cast into the Earth before Adam was created. In Genesis it says that God created MAN. Not angels, MAN. Satan was already in the garden of Eden when Adam and Eve were placed there. We are made humans not angels much less angels cast out of Heaven. God doesn’t make mistakes and his word is perfect. The Bible also states that there was a rebellion in Heaven. This is when Lucifer and one-third of the Heavenly host were cast into the Earth to wait for judgment. This ended the rebellion in Heaven. The Bible also states that there’s no sin in Heaven. With these facts there can not be either rebellious or sinning angels in Heaven. Knowing the history of Heaven we know that the angels that rebelled have been cast into the Earth. Every sinful angel would be there waiting for judgment. God would not send some down there and others to possibly be redeemed. That would not be fair or just. God is fair and just. We are not and never have been angels. This is clearly a false doctrine designed to make people feel guilty for sin that they never committed.
